I had a picture in a prayer meeting from home on Tuesday evening. It was of a huge armchair right in the middle of every living room
In this armchair, sits Him. Present. Observing. Laughing. Loving. Noticing.
How aware you are of Him or not, He is taking up residence in your home. He is a full participant in your every day, locked down, kind word, huffing sigh, bickering, joyful, upturned home.
He is establishing you. In this season. He is establishing His presence more fully, more centrally than you've ever thought possible.
All your hopes and dreams that seem to be on hold, are held, but in His hands. Not abandoned. Not lost. Held dear. Held precious.
Look for the armchair. Sit in it. Be held. Be present. Breathe. He is with us
